Bookings

Appointments at Novara Thai Spa can be made by phone or WhatsApp. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and treatment, particularly on evenings and weekends. Walk-in guests are welcome subject to room availability.

Arrival & Punctuality

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to check in and prepare. Late arrival may result in a shortened session out of respect for the next guest's booking time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask that you notify us as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, so the room and therapist can be offered to another guest.

Health & Suitability

Please inform our team before your treatment of any medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, or injuries that may affect the suitability of a treatment. Our therapists may recommend an alternative treatment or adjusted pressure where appropriate.

Pricing

Current pricing is available by calling or messaging us directly, as rates may vary by treatment, duration and ongoing promotions. Prices for offers and packages are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

Conduct

Novara Thai Spa is a professional wellness environment. We reserve the right to end a session and ask a guest to leave, without refund, in the event of inappropriate behaviour toward staff or other guests.

Gift Cards & Packages

Gift cards and prepaid packages are valid as agreed at the time of purchase. Please contact us directly for details on validity periods and terms specific to a gift card or package.
